Design like no other

I have spent nearly 2 decades working with leading industry professionals. During that time I have learned that communication with the client is one of the most valuable tools in the design toolbox. Creative design often comes from the client. Learning to take their dreams and transform them into viable products will always have the best results.

Sandy Mixed Use

Even big buildings require love. This mixed-use building will house around 250 units, reasonable commercial floor space, and more amenities than you can shake a stick at. The design required a balance between simple straight lines, and breaking its massive scale into human size.

I'm going to let you in on a little trade secret. When you hire an established architect, they will turn around and hire someone like me who knows how to draw your home, create all the 3D visualizations, and create the required documentation to get your home approved. Why not just hire me instead?
